##### 1. Lead Trigger A new lead is created in HubSpot, which triggers the workflow automatically.
##### 2. AI Lead Analysis The AI engine (OpenAI) analyzes the lead and evaluates:
- Lead quality and potential value
- Industry and category match
- Buyer intent signals
- Best-fit salesperson based on skills or workload
##### 3. Smart Assignment The system automatically assigns the lead to the most suitable salesperson for maximum conversion probability.
##### 4. Notification A notification is sent to Slack, informing the team about:
- Lead assignment details
- Reason for assignment
- Lead summary
