NEW The NOVA engine now understands Saudi dialects with higher accuracy
About us

Born in Riyadh. Thinks in Arabic.

NOVA is a Saudi platform that moves organizations from scattered AI experiments to governed, observable, scalable workflows: every agent, every data source, every permission, every decision: under control. This is our story page: why we started, how we build, and what we refuse to compromise on.

The thesis

Why NOVA was born

The world builds AI tools that speak English and live outside our context: they understand a customer in California more precisely than one writing in their own dialect from Jeddah, and their quality is measured against markets, systems and regulations that are not ours. The Saudi organization is then asked to do the adapting: in language, in data, in governance.

NOVA was born in Riyadh to flip that equation. We don't localize a product that was conceived in English; we start in Arabic: in understanding, in design, in writing: and then mirror it into English. And from day one our question was never "what can AI do?" but "how do we draw boundaries that let an organization trust it with real work?".

The whole platform is built on that question: no capability without governance. Every agent acts within explicit permissions, every action lands in the audit trail, and anything beyond its limits stops and waits for human approval. That is how scattered experiments become operations you can explain to a risk committee in one sentence: and defend in an audit with calm confidence.

And what we claim here, we publish for verification there: our security model and our position on the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) are open text in the Trust Center: no locked PDFs, no floating promises.

Operating values

Four values we run on

Not wall posters: daily working rules that our design, code and contracts answer to.

Arabic first

We write the product and its content in Arabic first, then mirror them into English: never the reverse. Native RTL, agents that understand Saudi dialects, and pages your executives read before your engineers do.

Governance before spectacle

We don't ship a capability we can't govern. Action- and data-level permissions, human approval at the boundaries, and the audit trail are built before the feature: not after it.

Explore the governance center

Honest claims

No fake customer logos, no numbers without a basis, no “certified by” without a certificate. Every figure we publish carries its basis, and whatever isn't finished yet is labeled exactly that: coming.

Sovereignty stays with the customer

Your data is yours and lives where you decide: in-Kingdom cloud, your own private cloud (VPC), or fully air-gapped inside your data center.

Deployment & sovereignty
One line connects everything: and the same line governs everything: every agent, every data source, every permission, every decision.
The NOVA promise: read through governance
How we build

Identity and engineering, one logic

The mark is the product idea, drawn: and the product is an identity at work.

Our mark, the Madar, is a living orbit crossed by a transit line: and the identity is not decoration on top of the product, it is the product's idea drawn: one line passing through your systems until they work as a single machine. We build every page and every feature by the same logic: clarity before ornament, substance before show.

The Madar identity

The mark's geometry is fixed: never redrawn by hand: and the full system, from mark to color, type and motion, is published in the brand guidelines (in Arabic).

Dusk & Night

Two themes of equal rank: paper daylight and deep night: joined by the same dusk gradient. Every component is tested on both, in both directions: Arabic as the origin, not the exception.

Content before motion

Every page reads complete without JavaScript; motion is a layer of feeling that switches off entirely for anyone who prefers it reduced: substance never hangs on decoration.

Careers

Careers, honestly

We are not posting open roles here right now: and we won't fill this page with generic ads for positions that don't exist. When roles open, this is where they will appear, with real titles and real responsibilities.

If what you read on this page sounds like the way you work: Arabic first, governance before spectacle, honest claims: email us at [email protected] and tell us what you do well, or contact us directly. We read every message: and when the time comes, we start with the people who already knocked.

Our story continues with yours.

Tell us where your organization stands with AI today: and we'll show you how scattered experiments become governed operations you can trust.
