Terms of Service
These terms govern your relationship with the NOVA platform and its services. We wrote them to be read, not skimmed: using the platform means you agree to them.
This is an agreement between you and NOVA, a Saudi company headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("NOVA", "we"). By creating an account or using the platform you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy that complements them. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
Service scope & your account
NOVA is an integration and automation platform: a visual canvas that connects your systems and tools, and intelligent agents that execute tasks within the permissions you define. We provide the service as described on the platform pages and in your plan, and we keep improving it without materially reducing what you signed up for.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
If we make a material change to these terms, we will notify you reasonably in advance; continuing to use the platform after the change takes effect means you accept the updated version.
Acceptable use
Use the platform within the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and within these terms. In particular, you must not:
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or bypass the platform's security controls.
- Abuse the APIs or exceed fair-use limits.
- Pass unlawful content, or run flows for fraud or unsolicited messaging.
- Resell the service or make it available to third parties without a written agreement with us.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of the data and systems you connect, and for obtaining the consents their owners require. We may restrict or suspend accounts in breach, with notice where practicable.
Plans & billing
Start free on the Starter plan. The Professional plan is billed by actual usage of flow runs: not by seats: and the Enterprise plan is a custom agreement. The always-current details live on the pricing page.
- Billing is in Saudi riyals (SAR); prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We announce price changes in advance; they apply from your next billing cycle.
- Non-payment after reasonable notice may lead to suspension of the service until settled.
Your data is yours
Everything you enter into the platform or pass through its integrations: your customers' data, your documents, your flows: remains yours. We process it only as needed to run the service, under the Privacy Policy and the data processing agreement we provide to customers.
- The platform, its software, marks, and designs belong to NOVA or its licensors; we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use them for the duration of your subscription.
- The flows you build are yours; the public templates we provide remain ours, with your right to use them inside the platform.
- When your subscription ends, you can export your data within a reasonable period before we delete it under our retention policy.
Limitation of liability
We provide the service with professional care and work hard on its availability and stability: but like any software service, we cannot guarantee it will be entirely free of interruptions or errors.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages: such as lost profits, or losses caused by third-party systems you connected to the platform.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding it.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Governing law & termination
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Kingdom's competent judicial authorities have jurisdiction over any dispute: after both parties attempt to resolve it amicably.
- You may stop your subscription at any time from the dashboard or by contacting us.
- Either party may terminate the agreement upon a material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period after notice.
- Provisions that by nature should survive: ownership, confidentiality, limitation of liability, governing law: remain in effect after termination.
