What is NOVA, and how do I start?
What the platform is, who it's built for, and what you need to take off.
NOVA is a Saudi platform for intelligent integration and automation: an Arabic-first visual canvas that connects your systems and tools (ERP, CRM, WhatsApp, email, databases and more), plus AI agents that understand Arabic context and execute repetitive tasks within full permissions and governance.
NOVA is designed for the Saudi market from day one: a native RTL Arabic interface rather than a translation, agents that understand dialects, in-Kingdom or on-premises hosting, PDPL compliance, local-system integrations, and Saudi support in Arabic with contracts in SAR.
No. Most flows are built without code on the visual canvas, with an AI copilot suggesting steps. For technical teams there's an HTTP connector, webhooks, full APIs, and separate dev/production environments.
Yes, fully. Arabic is the source language of NOVA's interface and website, with a full-featured English mirror at novasyc.com/en. NOVA's engine understands incoming text in both languages: recruiting flows, for example, parse CVs in Arabic and English alike.

Your data: where it lives, and how it's protected
The three deployment paths, in-Kingdom data residency, and PDPL alignment.
Inside Saudi Arabia. NOVA's managed cloud runs in Saudi data centers, and in-Kingdom data residency is the default: with encryption in transit and at rest, backup and disaster recovery, and round-the-clock monitoring.
Yes. Deploy on NOVA's in-Kingdom cloud, inside your own private cloud (VPC), or fully on-premises in your data center: including completely air-gapped environments for entities with sovereign requirements.
Encryption in transit and at rest, granular permissions at the action and data level, a complete audit trail, and in-Kingdom data residency options. NOVA's controls are designed for compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), and we provide a data processing agreement to customers.
What it costs, and how it's calculated
The three plans, the currency, and what you actually pay.
Start free on the Starter plan. Professional is billed on actual flow usage: not per seat. Enterprise is a custom agreement covering private or on-prem deployment, a success manager and an SLA.
Saudi riyals. All pricing, billing and contracts are in SAR: including Enterprise agreements for government entities and large organizations: so there are no exchange rates and no cross-border invoicing.
No. Starter is free, Professional is billed on your actual flow usage, and Enterprise is a written agreement with every term set before signing. What you see is what you pay.
